The food will be carefully prepared by the chef himself and delivered to your table one dish at a time, so you can enjoy the same high-quality service as you would in a restaurant.

● Traditional Tosa Seared Bonito.
Fragrant seared bonito with homemade yuzu ponzu sauce and salt (subject to seasonal fresh fish availability).

● Tosa Akaushi Beef.
A superb meat dish that maximizes the flavor of carefully selected red meat.

● Shimanto Eel | Meal.
Eel raised in the clear waters of the Shimanto River, served with fragrant Tosa rice.

● Course Dessert.
A gorgeous dessert made with seasonal fruits.

● Tosa Roasted Coffee / Tosa Bergamot Tea.
A cup of locally crafted coffee with a lingering aroma.
